A Day in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina with Deaf Local

Fact: All tap water in Sarajevo is clean, pure and most definitely safe. —It’s true! I drank from their pubic foundation and I could taste how fresh it was!

It was a day well spent with my Grandpa in Sarajevo with my friend’s wonderful guide. I learned a thing and two about the city and the Old town.

Not only that, I got to see this border, in the “sweet corner” in Old town, between two cultures—two empires. That border is called “Sarajevo meeting of Cultures” and its a place where you can see two sides of the street, on one side Ottoman architecture ends and on the other side Austro – Hungarian architecture starts. Cool, huh?

Sarajevo is one beautiful city and you’ll definitely enjoy a beautiful day here!
