Germany: A Giant Human Size Spiderweb
This is 80 feet art installation creates giant human ‘spider web’ with 2500-square meters of mesh.
Located at over the giddy-heights of three floors of the K21 Standhaus museum in Dusseldorf, Germany the artist studies the techniques used by spiders to create their webs when he designed the spectacular piece of interactive artwork.
It was an incredible experience. The entire installation was like an actual spider web. The way I walk was reminding something like someone walking on the moon due to zero gravity. And it was a good way to give me a new perspective on things in real life.
