Germany’s Transportation System: Light Signals

It’s quite interesting to see the difference between the United States and Germany in the transportation system. Germany’s light signals are right there in front of vehicles, not even located cross the road. While, in the United States, the light signals are visible crossing the road. It’s easier for us, the Deaf community, to see whenever the light turns green, yellow, and red on.
Unfortunately, in Germany’s light signals, it’s hard to see, thus Germans mentioned they have to move their neck under the windshield to see which light is on.

In addition, a Deaf German mentioned the SOS on the road whenever your car is broken down or in an accident, so it allows you to make a call so that way the right people can come and help! Unfortunately, it is not accessibility for the Deaf community. Whatever happens, the Deaf community must use a phone to make a call.
